Your role
We Customer Care Team is currently looking for a new member! We are offering a full time Customer Care Representative - After Sales (English speaking) position. In this role, you will be responsible to manage customer satisfaction and handle inbound calls as well as emails specifically relating to order and delivery updates, and provide the appropriate assistance to our customers if things do not go as anticipated.
Your responsibilities:
● Solve customer inquiries/issues & think quickly on your feet
● Work hand in hand with other departments such as logistics and sales
● Assess, evaluate and process complaints and returns
● Managing customer relationships
